Our Managed Machines service is created with choice in mind. Find the right package for the level of service that you need, then figure out the price based on the number of systems that you want covered. It's that simple.
Our most affordable package is our Level 1 Reactive Package, which gives you essential support services for a low monthly cost. For a little bit more, the Level 2 Proactive Package includes additional maintenance, monitoring, and better response times. Finally, our top-of-the-line Level 3 Full Support Package gives you all of the features of the other levels with additional support of specialty applications and mobile devices.
Managed Machines packages are priced using a simple per workstation and server pricing structure. Simply select the plan that you are looking for on the left, then multiply the number of workstations or servers by the number on the right. That's your monthly cost for Managed Machines.
You can even mix and match levels of service between servers and workstations. Would you like reactive service for your workstations, but proactive and afterhours support for your server? No problem!

Benefits of Managed Machines
Managed Machines is a contract-based service, requiring an initial evaluation contract of 90 days. If you're satisfied with the services that you've been getting at the end of this period, then you sign up for a yearly contract.
Some packages require a startup fee, which varies depending on the number of machines that are being covered. This covers the onsite inventory and setup of your account.
